You are responsible for the content you post, send, or share, your interactions with others, the security of your account, and compliance with applicable laws. Do not share content you do not have permission to use or disclose. NameLess provides a platform for user communication; user content and opinions belong to their authors and are not endorsed by NameLess.

Harassment, cyberbullying, hate speech, stalking, threats of violence, encouragement of self-harm, scams, impersonation, and sharing another person’s private information without permission are prohibited. We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Reporting personal distress or seeking support is not itself a violation.

This platform is intended for casual conversation and anonymous sharing. Sexual exploitation, explicit sexual content, unwanted sexual messages, and sexual harassment are prohibited. Content involving exploitation or abuse of children is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

You must comply with the laws that apply to you. Do not use NameLess for illegal activity, fraud, malware, or infringement of others’ rights. An alias does not guarantee that you cannot be identified. We may preserve or disclose available information when required by law, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You decide what to share and whether to rely on another user. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of user content or the identity or conduct of users. The service is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted access or complete security. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NameLess and its operators are not liable for losses arising from user content, user conduct, or your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable obligations concerning our own conduct.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use NameLess. By checking the signup acceptance box, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to use the service. Creating an account requires an affirmative acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy. We record the acceptance time and versions of both policies with your account. Review the Privacy Policy for details about stored information and its use. Updated policies will be published with a new version date; material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
