You can create an account with an alias and password without providing your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise GPS location. An alias is not a guarantee of complete anonymity: information you share, service records, or legal requests may allow you to be identified.
We store your account identifier, alias, hashed password, account settings, and activity information needed to operate the service. We also store posts, comments, reactions, messages, and related service records. When you sign up, we record the time you accepted the Terms & Conditions and acknowledged this Privacy Policy, together with the version of each policy. These records document the agreement and help resolve disputes.
Our servers use request information, including IP addresses and timestamps, for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Hosting and database providers may process technical logs to operate and secure the service. We use an HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser storage to remember account information. Do not assume that using an alias makes technical activity untraceable.
We do not sell your account information. Hosting, database, and other service providers process information needed to deliver the service. Public posts and comments are visible to other users; messages are delivered to their recipients. Available records may be disclosed to comply with legal obligations, respond to valid legal requests, or address abuse and protect safety as permitted by law.
Account records, content, and policy acceptance records are stored to operate the service and document account activity. Closing a browser or leaving the platform does not delete these records. Deletion depends on the relevant deletion feature and database relationships; backups, provider logs, or records subject to legal preservation may remain for longer. We do not promise immediate erasure of every copy.
You are responsible for the information you choose to share, obtaining permission before sharing someone else’s information, and keeping your password private. Other users may copy or redistribute content they can see. No online service can guarantee complete security or anonymity. These responsibilities do not remove NameLess’s obligations under applicable privacy and data-protection laws. The Terms & Conditions explain the rules for conduct and limits of liability.
Your privacy is our radical priority.
NameLess: Use an alias. Share thoughtfully.
